AS9100 Registered
Applied Tungstenite is an AS9100 registered company, founded in 2012, leases 3,100 sqft of contemporary concrete light industrial space located at 2480 Precision Drive, Minden, Nevada. This space is subdivided into 800 sqft of offices, testing equipment and Prototype/Fixture Shop and a processing space of approximately 2,300 sqft for the ultra-sonic cleaning production line and Aluminum Oxide honing, WS2 application and Post Clean ultrasonic.
The application process is compressed air driven and consists of a pair of spray booths/ purging filter units, in isolated enclosures that provide some measure of humidity/temperature control. There are 12 “Traveler” monitored steps in processing and certified gauges.
